Affiliate – Terms & Conditions:

This Agreement contains terms and conditions that apply to you for becoming an Affiliate in www.girmeswheatgrass.com promoted Affiliate Program. Please note that throughout this Agreement, “GWG”, “We”, “Our”, “Us”, etc means our company Girme’s Wheatgrass having its Registered Office at 110 – Raviraj CRU Mall, Market Yard, Pune – 411037 Maharashtra; and “Affiliate”, you,” “your,” and “yours” refer to you as the Affiliate applicant.

1. GWG Affiliate Program is open for sale in India only by Indian citizens who are above 18 years of age and competent to enter into contract as provided in the Indian Contract Act.

2. GWG Affiliate Program is free and enables members to earn revenue by placing their unique link/s on their web site, social media, whatsapp, etc to advertise GWG products. Any sales made to customers who have clicked on those links will earn the Affiliate commission which will be calculated and paid weekly.

3. Access to Affiliate Account: You can login affiliate account and you will be able to check your reports that will describe the calculation of the commissions due to you.

4. Promotion Restrictions: Promotion by you that mentions GWG could be perceived by the public or the press as a joint effort. You should know that certain forms of advertising are always prohibited by GWG. For example, claiming unrealistic health benefit claims and guarantee of health benefits is unacceptable to us and could cause damage to our name.

5. To enroll in our Affiliate Program you need to complete and submit the online application. The fact that we auto-approve applications does not imply that we may not re-evaluate your application at a later time. GWG reserves all rights to accept or reject your application anytime to become an Affiliate in our online sales module.

6. An individual can have only one Affiliate ID on his/her name with the GWG.

7. Affiliate is a non-exclusive contractor. Affiliate is not an agent, employee, partner or legal representative of the GWG for any purpose whatsoever.

8. You shall be responsible for your own business and compliance of the central, state and local statues and regulations and all applicable laws from time to time.

9. Affiliate shall abide by Sales Policy, Rules, Procedures, Terms and Conditions of the GWG in vogue or as amended anytime in the future.

10. This is not an Investment Proposal or Multi Level marketing. There is no any kind of fixed income. All types of Income and awards are based on the sale volume generated by the Affiliate himself/herself and are calculated as per pay plan of the GWG.

11. GWG reserves the right to change commission structure, qualifying criteria, payment schedule, etc components of this Affiliate Program at any point of time without prior notice.

12. GWG may cancel your Affiliate registration with us if we find that your method of promotion is unethical and or unsuitable for our Program or in harming our company image.

13. As a member of GWG’s Affiliate Program, you will have access to your Affiliate Program dashboard wherein you will be able to see your rank status, commissions received, bank Ac. Details, etc.

14. Payments and Commissions: GWG will pay the Affiliate commission on sale happened through your unique Affiliate Link.

15. Affiliate commission will be paid by direct online transfer into Affiliate’s designated bank account every week on Thursday after deducting TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) as per authority norms.

16. Termination: Either you or we may end this Agreement AT ANY TIME, with or without cause, by giving the other party written notice in the form of an email or letter. In addition, this Agreement may be terminated if you are found inactive for 1 year. Or it will be terminated immediately upon any breach of this Agreement by you.

17. If canceled, outstanding commissions for current period at time of cancellation shall be paid in the next payment cycle as long as rules of this agreement were not violated by the Affiliate.

18. Disclaimer: GWG make no representation that the operation of our site will be uninterrupted or error free, and we will not be liable for the consequences of any interruptions or errors.

19. Indemnification: You hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless GWG, and its subsidiaries, partners, directors, officers, employees, etc against any and all claims, actions, demands, liabilities, losses, damages, judgments, settlements, costs, and expenses that may occur due to unethical and unrealistic promotion by you.

20. GWG shall in no way be responsible for any past, present or future liability incurred by the Affiliate while conducting the business with GWG.

21. The Affiliate can neither claim that the product is a cure for any disease nor he/she should do any diagnosis and suggest treatment unless he/she is a registered medical practitioner.

22. Return Policy :
    Our return policy depends upon the condition of item.
    a) Defective items: May be returned for an exchange within 10 days from the date of delivery. We will send a free replacement in 3 working days of receipt of returned goods.
    b) Non defective items: May be returned within 30 days from date of order placed and get return voucher / refund as per agreement.
    c) The goods you wish to return must be in ‘resalable’ condition and repackaged with all documents in the same carton that you received.
    d) All return freight charges are the responsibility of the customer.
    e) In case of refund asked for, due amount will be credited back to the customer by NEFT online payment within 10 working days after receipt of goods back to us.

23. Affiliate agrees to receive communication by SMS, Call and E-Mail from GWG as and when needed and to make necessary reply (if any expected) within defined time frame.

24. All disputes, differences or claims arising out of as in connection with this agreement shall be submitted to Arbitration and shall be referred to the sole Arbitrator under the Arbitration Act and Rules. The venue of such arbitration shall be at Pune – Maharashtra and the award of the Arbitrator shall be final and binding on all parties. The courts at Pune – Maharashtra shall alone have jurisdiction in relation to this Arbitration Agreement and any award arising there from.

25. All disputes or differences shall be adjudicated upon by a court of an appropriate
    jurisdiction at Pune – Maharashtra only.

I confirm that registering myself for GWG Affiliate Program means that I have read, understood, and digitally agreed to the above rules, terms, and conditions.
