May be returned for an exchange within 10 days from the date of delivery. We will send a free replacement in 3 working days of receipt of returned goods.

– Non defective items:
May be returned within 10 days from date of delivery by informing us of a logical reason for return in the same order email trail. – Goods you wish to return must be repackaged with all documents in the same carton that you received. – All return freight charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Refund Policy: In case of refund asked for, customers should give their bank Ac details in the same order email trail. Due amount will be credited back to the customer by NEFT online payment within 10 working days after receipt of goods back to us.

Cancellation Policy:

We allow cancellations if the order has not been shipped within 7 working days for a full refund. Order amount minus the payment gateway processing fees will be refund back to the customer by NEFT online payment within 10 days of order cancellation confirmation.
